The art of Gua Sha has been used for centuries to achieve sculpted, glowing and radiate glowing healthy skin. Use the tool with a few drops of facial oil to glide along the curves of your face and body. Contour your face to stimulate blood flow and balance the fluid and circulation of your skin.

Apply a few drops of oil to cleansed skin.
Start with your Sternum and scrape toward your arm pits.
Then move up the neck to stimulate blood flow
Next, move along jawline from chin to ear. Repeat this motion 3, 5 or 7 times.
After that, move along cheeks from the center of your face to ear.
Then move to the eye area and scrape gently in circular motions around the eye.
Moving up to the forehead, scrape toward your hair line and continue to repeat 3, 5 or 7 motions.
Lastly, drain down the sides of your neck from just below the ear to clavicle. Repeat this 3, 5 or 7 times as well.
Be gentle and apply pressure that is comfortable to you. Clean your tool after each use.
